How to choose a suitable motor and do you provide custom designs?
Please provide your specifications (voltage, speed, torque, size) or engineering drawings, and we will recommend the right model. We also offer custom motor design, although mold development costs may apply depending on requirements.
What is your lead time and minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For in-stock items, the lead time is 5-10 days; standard items take 15-30 days; customized orders are evaluated case by case. The MOQ varies depending on the specific product model.
What payment terms and shipping methods do you accept?
We accept TT and PayPal. New customers typically pay a 40% deposit, with the remaining 60% due before shipment. For shipping, we offer express delivery for samples/small parcels (<100kg), and air/sea freight for bulk orders.
