TQC Micromotor
Engineered specifically to handle premium torque output and continuous cycle operations in regional smart home systems, commercial pumps, and advanced automated components.
As Vietnam’s premier economic locomotive, Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), along with adjacent industrial clusters in Binh Duong and Dong Nai, has fast transitioned from a traditional low-tech manufacturing base to a sophisticated high-tech electronics, automation, and smart home appliance hub. Driven by the expansion of the Saigon Hi-Tech Park (SHTP) and various specialized Export Processing Zones (EPZs), global and domestic OEMs in HCMC demand highly reliable, high-voltage brushed DC motors that strictly adhere to international certifications.
High Volt Brushed DC Motors (primarily operating at 120V AC-to-DC rectification lines or dedicated DC rails) are critical for devices requiring dense electromagnetic fields, high starting torques, and straightforward speed regulation. Applications in HCMC's consumer appliance assembly plants range from heavy-duty vacuum systems, custom actuator platforms, and industrial fans to coffee bean grinders destined for Western export markets.
By establishing a strong supply chain bridge between China's precision manufacturing hubs and Ho Chi Minh City's local warehousing networks, we ensure local engineering groups receive rapid custom samples within 7-14 working days, accompanied by complete technical data sheets.
At TQC Micromotor, we believe that global innovation shouldn't be limited by size. For two decades, we have dedicated ourselves to a single, relentless pursuit: designing, engineering, and manufacturing high-performance micro-drive solutions that keep modern industries moving forward. Based in China, we operate a state-of-the-art, ISO9001-certified production facility specializing in Micro DC Motors, DC Gear Motors, and Brushless DC Motors (BLDC).
The name TQC represents our foundational pillars: Top Quality & Customization. We understand that applications like smart home automation, medical devices, automotive electronics, and precision robotics demand uncompromised reliability. That is why every TQC micro motor is built with an exceptional power-to-size ratio, ultra-low noise acoustics, and an extended operational lifespan, backed by strict 100% in-house quality control and international certifications (CE, RoHS, REACH).
We don’t just supply standard hardware; we act as a strategic R&D partner. With a robust engineering team holding multiple industry patents, TQC thrives on solving complex mechanical challenges through flexible OEM/ODM custom solutions. From custom shaft configurations and custom voltage tuning to specialized bespoke gearheads, we turn your technical blueprints into high-volume, cost-effective reality.
Inside our ISO 9001:2015 certified production lines: automated winding, high-speed balancing, and strict environmental control systems.
Every single motor manufactured in our facility undergoes rigorous diagnostic checkpoints to prevent vibration, electromagnetic interference, and heat-induced failure modes.
Motor Extension Product Assembly Line
Seamless integration of mainland China's raw material sourcing and processing with local engineering and logistics networks inside Vietnam.
Developing electric motors requires access to raw high-purity electrical steel laminations, high-temperature copper winding wires, and premium sintered carbon brushes. Our primary fabrication facilities in China afford us unmatched volume flexibility, precision calibration, and raw material access. By working closely with specialized logistics networks in Ho Chi Minh City, we offer local manufacturers the following benefits:
For international buyers seeking large-scale manufacturing of high-voltage micro drives, TQC provides a stable alternative that mitigates global supply constraints.

Helping procurement managers, hardware engineers, and supply chain directors make informed technical decisions regarding High Voltage PMDC motors.
For appliances requiring 50W to 100W+ output (such as vacuums, blenders, and industrial actuators), a low-voltage DC motor requires high current (e.g., a 24V motor operating at 80W draws over 3.3 Amps). This higher current demands thick copper windings, beefy wiring, and causes massive thermal dissipation (I²R losses). By utilizing 120V DC, the current draw for a similar power output drops to less than 0.8 Amps. This reduction in current allows for a compact frame (36mm to 42mm), thinner internal wire diameters, smaller carbon brushes, and vastly superior thermal efficiency, which ultimately extends the operating lifespan of the micro-drive within high-density environments.
Acoustic noise is a critical failure point for consumer products. We run a dedicated Silent Test Room at our factory to isolate mechanical noises. Noise mitigation is achieved via three primary processes: (1) Rotor Balancing: Dynamic balancing machines ensure the armature rotates without eccentric radial loads. (2) Commutator Fine Turning: Diamond-tipped tools level the commutator segments, minimizing the bounce of the carbon brushes. (3) Brush Material Matching: We match specialized carbon-graphite compositions with the operating voltage to reduce the sparking signature (and electrical EMI noise) while retaining high wear resistance.
As an OEM/ODM partner, TQC offers comprehensive design modifications:
• Shaft Profiles: D-cut, round, spline, threaded, or cross-drilled shafts in carbon steel or stainless steel.
• Electrical Winding Adjustments: Voltage configurations calibrated from 100V up to 240V to match specific power supply outputs.
• Mounting Interfaces: Front-mount faceplates with specialized pitch circle diameters (PCD), panel-mount screws, and rubber vibration dampening boots.
• Suppression Components: Integrated varistors, capacitors, or choke coils directly soldered on the brush card to filter out Electromagnetic Interference (EMI).
Brushed DC motors are typically optimized for intermittent or continuous duty cycles depending on their thermal management. In products like blenders or coffee grinders, the motor runs in short bursts (high-torque, short-duration), allowing the heat to dissipate. For continuous applications (such as ventilation fans or linear actuators), we customize the motor with specialized internal cooling impellers (fans), Class F insulation windings (capable of withstanding up to 155°C), and high-grade carbon brushes to ensure consistent performance over thousands of operational hours.
Our raw materials are fully traced. The plastics, resins, copper wire varnishes, carbon brushes, and solders we use are strictly lead-free, cadmium-free, and polybrominated biphenyl-free. We supply official SGS compliance certifications and REACH declarations during the procurement cycle, enabling Ho Chi Minh City-based manufacturers to easily clear customs and export their end-appliances directly to North America, the EU, and Japan without regulatory barriers.
